Mr. Samarth Dnyaneshwar Waghchoure is the emerging face of leadership at the Ashwamedh Group, representing the next generation of biotechnology-driven entrepreneurship in India.
Born into a family deeply rooted in agriculture and science, Samarth was inspired early by his father, visionary agro-medical innovator Dr. Dnyaneshwar Waghchoure. With a career shaped by ground-level exposure and global experience, Samarth brings a modern, technology-first mindset to the organisation.
Education & Specialization
Samarth holds an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, specialising in:
- Microbial technologies
- Fermentation systems
- Applied biological sciences
International Experience
Before formally joining the group's leadership, Samarth successfully worked on a technology transfer project in Colombo, Sri Lanka, focusing on:
- Establishing biological fertilizer production systems
- Training scientific and industrial teams
- Demonstrating field efficacy to government and private agriculture networks
- Supporting Sri Lanka's transition toward organic and sustainable inputs
The Sri Lankan project laid the foundation for his capabilities in international execution, product scaling, and systems management.

Upon returning to India, Samarth assumed key responsibilities and is now working as:
